It was great working with Sophie at Arcinova. She has great attention to detail and marketing acumen, and I would recommend her for relevant positions.

I worked in the same team as Sophie at Draeger, where she managed communications, marketing campaigns, and PR across the Safety and Medical divisions. She was always organised, collaborative, and clear in her approach. Since then, Sophie has always kept in touch and continues to share valuable marketing insights relevant to the safety market, which I’ve found extremely useful.

I got to know Sophie during her time at Firefinch, which is part of our industry network at the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre. She’s a great communicator and a genuinely collaborative person who makes it easy to work across teams and organisations.

What stood out most to me was her strategic way of thinking and how adaptable she is when things change. She’s thoughtful, collegiate in her approach, and always brings a positive energy to getting things done. I really enjoyed working with her and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
